TarmTorbEverything you make, quizzes, images, games and results, belongs to a team. Invite people to work on it with you.
Invite someone
On the Team page, owners press Send invitation with the person’s email and a role. The invitation works for 48 hours. Its link opens the page to create an account for someone who doesn’t have one, or to sign in for someone who does. They use the email the invitation was sent to, then press Accept invitation, or Decline invitation if they don’t want to join. Each owner can send 50 invitations a day, and one address can be invited 5 times a day.
When an invitation goes wrong
An invitation can’t be cancelled: one sent to the wrong address stops working after its 48 hours. Until then, the same address can’t be invited again. If an invitation expires before the person accepts it, invite them again. To give someone another role, change it once they’ve joined.

Change someone’s role
On the Team page, owners choose a new role next to the member’s name, their own too. A team always keeps an owner: to stop being its only owner, for example before you delete your account, first make someone else an owner.
Remove someone
On the Team page, owners remove someone with the bin icon next to their role. They can’t open the team any more, and invitations they sent are cancelled. What they made stays in the team. To bring them back, invite them again. To leave a team yourself, ask one of its owners to remove you.
Rename a team
On the Team page, owners change the name under Settings and press Save. Everyone in the team sees the new name.
Delete a team
At the bottom of the Team page, owners type the team’s name and press Delete this team. Its quizzes, images, games and results are deleted for everyone, and can’t be brought back. To keep a game’s results, download them from its Results page first.
A team can’t be deleted while one of its games is open: end the game from Games first.
Several teams
One account can belong to several teams, such as your company and a client’s event. Switch between them at the top of the Studio, or create a new one on the Team page.
