Your account

Sign in

On the sign-in page, press Continue with LINE, Continue with Google or Continue with Apple. If you're new, that makes your account. To use an email and a password instead, press Sign in with email, or Sign up with email to make an account that way.

If LINE doesn't share an email with us, your account starts without one. Add it on your account page: you need it to join teams that invite you, to upload images and to get your games' results by email.

Opened TarmTorb from a LINE chat? Google can't sign you in inside LINE, so its button opens the page in your phone's browser and carries on there.

Confirm your email

When you create an account with an email and a password, we email you a link. Open it to confirm your address: you need that before you can upload images. With LINE, Google or Apple, the address they share is confirmed already.

Forgot your password?

On the sign-in page, press Forgot your password? and enter your email. We send a link that works once, for an hour. Setting a new password signs you out on every other device.

Your account page

Press your name at the top of the Studio. There you change your name, your email and your password, sign out, and delete your account.

Change your email

Under Email, enter the new address and press Change email. To make sure it’s you, we first send a link to your current address: open it to approve the change. Then we send a link to the new address: open that one too, and the change is made. Each link works for an hour. From then on, sign in with the new address.

Connect LINE, Google or Apple

Under Ways to sign in on your account page, press Connect next to LINE, Google or Apple to sign in with it too. It doesn't change your account's email, so a LINE account without one, or an Apple address that hides yours, works as well. Disconnect takes one away again, as long as you have another way to sign in. To make sure it's you, both need you to have signed in within the last 15 minutes: if it's been longer, we ask you to sign in again first.

Signed in with LINE and found yourself in a new, empty account, though you already had one with your email? Delete the new one, then sign in with your email and connect LINE there.

Change your password

Under Password, enter your current password and a new one. Changing it signs you out on every other device.

If you sign in with LINE, Google or Apple, you can choose a password too, to sign in with your email: press Email me a link to choose one. Your account needs an email for that.

Sign out

Press Sign out at the top of the Studio or on your account page. Still signed in on a computer you no longer use, such as one at a venue? On your account page, press Sign out everywhere else: you stay signed in where you are.

Delete your account

At the bottom of your account page, enter your password and press Delete my account. If you sign in with LINE, Google or Apple, type your email instead, or tick the box if your account has none. If you signed in a while ago, we ask you to sign in again first. Deleting your account can’t be undone.

Teams only you are in are deleted with your account, with their quizzes, images, games and results. To keep a game’s results, download them from its Results page first.
You leave your other teams. What you made there stays with them.
If you’re the only owner of a team that has other members, first make one of them an owner on the Team page, or delete the team.

A team can’t be deleted while one of its games is open, and neither can an account whose teams go with it: end the game from Games first.

Language

The Studio is in Thai, and you can switch it to English at the top. TarmTorb remembers your choice in your account, and the emails we send you, such as your games’ results, come in that language too.
